About The Blogger

Hi there you! So you wanna know more, huh?

I am Kimberley, a wellbeing blogger and owner of the upcoming goods movement ‘Keep Real‘ based in Yorkshire, England. I also have a BSc (Hons) Degree in Counselling Therapy, with experience back in my teens of mental health problems personally. Anxiety used to be quite a huge part of my life in my teenage years, you can find me discussing it on BBC Radio 4’s broadcast of All in the Mind, as well as in an article for Rethink Mental Illness! From my passion to raise awareness of improving well-being, I strive for all things good/sweet/gentle/fabulous and started my own business too- aiming to spread a lil bit of happiness to all you beautiful souls!

I mostly blog about areas of positivity/ mental well-being, my lil’ business Keep Real and what inspires me the most- and can hopefully inspire you too! If you’d like to contact me, you can do so by emailing me at kimmykeepreal@gmail.com, or with the contact form on my blog. I’m happy to answer any questions, or to just have a chat!

If you’d like to know more about Keep Real, check out the social media links on the right sidebar, as well as the ‘Keep Real’ link at the top of the page!

Please note; I am not an accredited Counselling Practitioner or Mental Health Professional. I do have a Degree in Counselling, which has given me the skills of the profession. However, if you would like to talk to me, please do so via email! I would be happy to discuss anything you wish in a confidential manner.

Sending all my love and posi vibes to you! ❤

Happy reading folks ❤
